Capstone Partners is comprised of Shannon McCord and Garry Gardner. Together they have 45 years of home building experience. Their homes are known for exquisite tile design, architectural molding, and custom attention to detail.

McCord holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing & Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Capstone Partners and Doss Ferry has been featured numerous times in the Birmingham News, Real Estate Lifestyle Magazine, and recently featured on NBC 13 news.  Gardner has also had kitchen designs featured in Cooking Light Magazine.  McCord is a certified Energy Key Builder. Both attend annual professional development trainings such as the Land Development Conference, symposiums such as International Builders Show and Tech Home Expo.
